Construction Project Manager (Remote)

This role manages high-end retail interior construction projects from preconstruction through delivery. You will own schedules, coordination, and client communication across multiple fast-paced builds. Client Details This contractor is a boutique, design-focused firm specializing in luxury retail interiors nationwide. With a small, agile team, they deliver repeat work for premium global brands and operate with a fully remote model supported by site travel. Description * Manage project lifecycle from kickoff through closeout * Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field execution * Track budgets, schedules, and procurement timelines * Communicate with clients, architects, and internal team * Support estimating and preconstruction as needed Profile * 2-5 years of construction experience (APM/PM level) * Experience in luxury retail or high-end interiors * Strong organization and ability to work independently * Willingness to travel periodically to project sites * Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools Job Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $108,000 to $132,000 USD.
