About the Position

An established Hyperbaric and Wound Care Center in Rogers, Arkansas, is seeking a full-time Physician to step into a Medical Director role. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated wound care and hyperbaric medicine team, including three experienced mid-level providers.

You'll be part of a comprehensive limb salvage program that collaborates closely with specialists in infectious disease, vascular surgery, cardiology, orthopedics, and general surgery to provide high-quality, team-based patient care. This position is outpatient only, with no night, weekend, or call responsibilities.

About the Opportunity:

• Base salary around 230k plus generous production bonuses

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat new and follow-up patients for wound care
• Diagnose wounds and underlying conditions using ICD-10
• Develop and manage patient care plans in coordination with the broader healthcare team
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring providers
• Supervise hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatments
• Perform advanced wound care procedures (e.g., debridement, grafts)

Qualifications:

• Active Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• HBO certification is required (expenses for training and travel may be covered)
• Experience in wound care is a plus
