Job Summary

• Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Care Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
• Shift Details: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with call coverage
• Number of Beds: 4 ORs
• Procedures: Endoscopy, General Surgery, Orthopedics, GYN robotics, Urology, Podiatry

• Licensure: Active AZ license required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Board Certified: Must be certified by the NBCRNA
• Experience: Minimum one year, must provide case logs of blocks performed
• Skills: Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
• Credentialing Timeline: Estimated 90 days
