Guest Engagement

• Welcome attendees and introduce them to the experience
• Engage festival-goers in a friendly, energetic, and authentic manner
• Encourage participation in printing activities, and community challenges
• Answer basic questions about the event experience and Procolored brand

Experience Support

• Assist with attendee check-in and registration
• Guide participants through different activation areas
• Support crowd flow and line management
• Assist guests with giveaways, activities, and event navigation
• Encourage social media participation and user-generated content

Brand Representation

• Represent brand professionally and positively throughout the festival
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees
• Maintain a high-energy presence during event hours
• Help capture attendee feedback and memorable moments

Event Operations

• Assist with booth opening, daily setup, and breakdown tasks
• Keep activation areas organized, clean, and guest-ready
• Support the event team with additional onsite needs as required

Qualifications

Required

• Must be based in Michigan or able to reliably commute to Rothbury, MI
• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Event Staff, Promotional Staff, or Customer Service Representative
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable approaching and engaging large groups of people
• Ability to stand and work outdoors for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must be available for all event dates

Preferred

• Experience working music festivals, live events, experiential marketing activations, or trade shows
• Passion for music, art, fashion, festivals, or creative communities
• Comfortable appearing in photos and social media content

Schedule

• June 25–28, 2026
• Event operating hours: 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM

Compensation & Perks

• $30–$50 per hour, depending on experience
