Shift: Days Only (no nights or weekends) Responsibilities: Perform thorough and efficient cleaning of clients' homes according to our company's high standards and checklist. Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors as needed. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops. Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, surfaces, and cabinets to maintain cleanliness and order. Make beds, change linens, and ensure bedrooms are tidy and organized. Empty trash cans and dispose of waste in a proper and hygienic manner. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and working condition of cleaning equipment. Requirements: Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently. Excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed within the assigned timeframe. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a courteous and respectful manner. English speaking required and a valid driver’s license is required. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving furniture or equipment when necessary.
