Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Collaborative approach and effective communication with students, families, and teams

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s educational goals
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and therapy sessions
• Provide support, consultation, and training as needed to staff and caregivers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning and decision making
