We are a commercial and industrial demolition, remediation, and emergency response contractor working across the country and abroad. Our operators run the machines that take down complex structures safely, precisely, and on schedule. • Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and attachments (shears, processors, hammers, grapples) on demolition and site work
• Execute structural takedowns following the approved demolition sequence and engineering plan
• Segregate and load concrete, steel, and debris for recycling and disposal
• Perform daily pre use inspections, basic maintenance, and greasing; report defects right away
• Work alongside laborers, foremen, and spotters with clear communication on every pick and pull
• Follow all site safety plans, exclusion zones, and Spirtas Worldwide safety procedures
• Support emergency response mobilizations when the call comes in
