Job Details Envision invites a skilled and motivated physician leader to serve as Site Medical Director for our growing Pulmonary/Critical Care program at Medical City Dallas. Qualifications: Must be Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship trained. Previous leadership experience preferred. Active TX license preferred or in-process. Responsibilities Ample protected clinical and leadership time. Open, collegial, and supportive relationship with executive hospital leadership. Co-management with specialties. Clinical support for physicians on shift. Shadowing and coaching. Onboarding and mentoring new physicians. Recruiting. Strategic planning. Benefits Monthly director stipend.
