Position: Family Nurse Practitioner
Location: Queens, NY
Schedule: Full-Time

A large, well-established multispecialty group with locations throughout the Greater NYC area is seeking a board eligible or board certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join its growing primary care team in Queens .

This permanent role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. The position emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education .

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications

• Work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, and support staff to ensure high-quality care

• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR

• Educate patients regarding preventive care, treatment, and follow-up

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold an active or eligible New York State Nurse Practitioner license and be board eligible or board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Candidates should be comfortable providing care for either all ages or adults only, depending on their preference. While not required, bilingual skills in Spanish are considered a strong asset and highly valued by the patient community.
