Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC at Focus Counseling Support Services, you will be crucial in facilitating patient-centered care through:

  • Assisting primary care providers in recognizing and addressing mental health and psychosocial issues, actively participating in a multidisciplinary team approach.

  • Conducting comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic assessments and functional evaluations to create tailored treatment plans.
  • \n
  • Implementing brief, targeted interventions for clients in need of immediate mental health support.
  • \n
  • Advising primary care providers on appropriate patient referrals for specialized mental health services when necessary.
  • \n
  • Initiating timely follow-up communications with patients to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
  • \n
  • Developing relapse prevention strategies that aid clients in achieving and maintaining mental stability.
  • \n
  • Identifying “at-risk” clients and collaborating on initiatives to prevent the escalation of mental health conditions.
  • \n
  • Documenting client progress and treatment information systematically in clinical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety protocols.
  • \n
  • Providing self-management skills training and educational resources that empower clients in their recovery journey.
  • \n
  • Consulting with clinic management and peers on behavioral health services and contributing to program evaluations aimed at enhancing client outcomes.

  • Working closely with clients to navigate any complications related to medical treatments, offering supportive coping strategies.

  • Upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals in all interactions.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following credentials:

  • Active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) License.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
