Senior Integration and Test Engineer - Palm Bay

Salary: $100,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least 4 years of related experience; alternatively, we consider 10 years of equivalent experience in place of a degree.
• We need at least 2 years of system integration and test experience.
• We require an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
• We require the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program access as needed.
• We prefer experience testing space-qualified, aerospace, or military hardware.
• We prefer experience with systems requirements analysis, testability, verification planning, and integrating hardware/software systems.
• We prefer experience using DOORS or similar requirements management tools, including traceability and verification matrices.
• We prefer experience designing and working with test beds, simulators, and EGSE.
• We prefer experience supporting programs through the full lifecycle, from concept development and proposals through design reviews, integration, test readiness, and delivery.
• We prefer experience with RF test and measurement equipment.
• We prefer familiarity with satellite telemetry, tracking, and command systems, including tools such as COSMOS or InControl, and NI tools such as LabVIEW and/or TestStand.
• We prefer familiarity with scripting or automation tools such as Python, Java, Perl, or similar.
• We prefer familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
• We prefer strong written and verbal communication skills.
• We prefer the ability to thrive in a large-program, fast-paced environment.

• We provide system-level integration and test engineering support during verification work, including functional, qualification, and production environmental testing of space hardware and systems.
• We support integration and test efforts for spacecraft buses, communications payloads, mission payloads, and full space vehicles.
• We support the development and deployment of Electrical Ground Support Equipment to enable integration, checkout, and test execution.
• We develop and maintain test documentation.
• We manage day-to-day execution of integration and test activities for payload and spacecraft systems.
• We perform EGSE and Unit Under Test checkout, selloff, and troubleshooting across all phases of the system lifecycle.
• We analyze test data, identify anomalies, document issues, and drive root cause and corrective action with cross-functional engineering teams.
• We support system verification and validation from design through manufacturing, testing, and delivery.
• We contribute to major program reviews, including SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR, IRR, TRR, I&T, and final selloff.
• We interface with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure test readiness and successful execution.
• We travel as needed to support integration, testing, and post-delivery activities.
• We support extended or weekend hours when program schedules require it.
