A typical Project Manager is responsible for managing the budget, timeline, resources, staff, and delivering expected business value and outcomes.Job Responsibilities:* Project Manager will develop and implement program strategies, objectives, and metrics to achieve business goals* Oversee the planning, execution, and integration of multiple projects within the program* Coordinate cross-project activities and facilitate collaboration across functional teams* Manage and allocate program resources and budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness* As a Project Manager, you will identify, monitor, and manage program risks and issues, developing contingency plans when needed* Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and align expectationsRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required* PMP or PMI certification* 0-2 years of experience* Strong leadership and strategic thinking with proven project/program management abilities* Proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana)* Extensive familiarity with management and implementation of business strategy within a program's framework* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills* Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards pertinent to the program's scope* Ability to manage complex portfolios and navigate organizational change effectivelyJob TypeContractCompensation35 - $45
