Overview:

Juice It Up! is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing high-quality smoothies and juices, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers with menu selections, providing information on ingredients, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

Juicing and Smoothie Preparation:

• Prepare smoothies, juices, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure the highest level of product quality and consistency.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the food preparation areas.

Cashiering:

• Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle transactions efficiently.
• Accurately handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions.
• Maintain an organized and clean cashier area.

General Duties:

• Stock supplies, ingredients, and products as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
