Responsibilities
- Deliver neonatal respiratory care to NICU patients per physician orders
- Manage ventilator support, noninvasive ventilation, and weaning under physician and unit protocols
- Administer therapies (nebulized treatments, CPT, suctioning) and monitor patient response
- Evaluate ABG and oxygenation to adjust therapy; document findings and care plans
- Collaborate with the NICU team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure infection control and safety standards
- Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment and ensure appropriate documentation in the patient record

Requirements
- Active GA RRT license
- NBRC – RRT credential
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications current
- Minimum 2 years of recent NICU or specialty-specific respiratory care experience
- Ability to work in a high-acuity NICU/inpatient setting with 12-hour night shifts
- No local candidates within 50 miles will be considered
