- Directs Investment AnalystStar Mountain CapitalAnalystPrivate CreditOn-siteLocationTampa, United StatesDate PostedAugust 10, 2026RegionAmericasStay ahead of the marketGet instant notifications when new job openings matching "Private Credit / Analyst jobs in Tampa, United States" are published.## About This Role**Role Overview**Star Mountain Capital, a ~$4.5B AUM specialized private investment firm focused on the U.S. lower middle-market ($5-50M EBITDA businesses), is hiring a Directs Investment Analyst in Tampa, FL to support its private credit, private equity and secondary fund investing strategies.**Key Responsibilities**- Support analysis and execution of flexible capital solutions including private credit, structured equity, and select control buyouts- Compile investment committee memos/presentations and build financial models- Contribute to transaction analysis and assist with term sheets and legal documentation- Monitor portfolio companies, enhancing financial and KPI reporting- Assist with junior team recruiting, training and development**Qualifications**- 1-4 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Private Credit- Demonstrated experience executing leveraged finance transactions across industries- Strong quantitative aptitude and communication skills- Willingness to travel nationwide for diligence, board meetings and investor relations events**Location**: In-person, Tampa, Florida.
