Our Store Operations Manager should lead from the floor, know our clients, anticipate their needs and create an environment where people feel recognized rather than processed. What You'll Own Lead daily store operations while being visible and engaged with clients and the team Welcome clients, build relationships and personalize their experience Coach, motivate and develop a high-performing team Create camaraderie, accountability and a culture where everyone helps everyone Perform services as needed while maintaining technical, sanitation and brand standards Own scheduling, labor productivity, inventory and operational readiness Drive store sales and profitable growth through membership conversion, rebooking, client retention, service revenue, average ticket and retail sales.
