Soccer Shots is the nation's premier children's soccer program, serving kids ages 2–8 through engaging 35–40 minute sessions held at schools, childcare centers, parks, and community locations.
We coach year-round , offering programs during Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter , 

We're hiring 4 new coaches for our upcoming season!

???? We're Looking for Coaches Who:

✔ Live in the Greater Quad Cities area
✔ Can coach weekday mornings (Monday–Friday, 8:30–11:30 AM)
✔ Don't worry—you do NOT need to be available every weekday morning to be hired.
✔ We also have afternoon coaching sessions
✔ Can begin training within 14 days of interviewing

⚽ What You'll Do

• Coach fun, high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 2–8
• Create a positive, encouraging environment where every child succeeds
• Set up and pack away equipment
• Build relationships with teachers and families
• Follow our curriculum and safety guidelines
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and plenty of high-fives!

⭐ What Makes a Great Coach?

We're looking for someone who is:

• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Reliable and punctual
• Great with young children
• Organized and professional
• Comfortable leading groups
• Being active outdoors

⭐ You'll also need:

• A valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• The ability to stand, run, and demonstrate basic soccer skills
