What You Will Do Work with a cross‑functional team to provide support to the production shop floor Investigate, incorporate and close out changes to manufacturing procedures Complete updates to job instruction sheets Using customer tools, route products through the shop floor from assembly to shipment with minimal direction Assist in documenting standard practices What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline with up to 1 year of internship or co‑op experience Or associate degree in an engineering discipline with 3‑5 years of manufacturing experience Experience with GD&T is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment while also being self‑directed Pay Range $30.00 to $33.00 per hour Work Requirements Must be able to commute to the Rockford, IL site with personal transportation Work in a shop floor environment, which may include extensive walking and lifting up to 40 lbs.
