We're looking for a Receptionist to provide front desk support at our Rockford office during a temporary leave coverage assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, administrative, or reception experience who enjoys interacting with people and keeping an office running smoothly.What You'll DoGreet and assist members, visitors, vendors, and contractors with professionalism and a positive attitudeAnswer and direct incoming calls through a high-volume phone systemProcess payments and assist with basic billing inquiriesRespond to customer questions regarding account information, services, and programsHandle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and correspondenceSupport office operations by printing labels, sending faxes, and managing documentsMonitor and respond to emails as neededAssist guests arriving for meetings, interviews, and appointmentsAccurately process cash payments and provide change when necessaryPerform additional administrative and clerical duties to support the teamQualificationsPrevious experience in reception, customer service, administrative support, or a similar role preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environmentExperience handling cash transactions accuratelyBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office and OutlookStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask while maintaining excellent customer serviceIdeal CandidatePersonable and professionalDependable and detail-orientedPatient and empathetic when assisting customersComfortable working with a diverse customer base, including elderly individualsCommitted to delivering an outstanding customer experienceThis is a Contract position based out of Rockford, MN 55373.The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
