Outpatient Clinical Nurse
The Outpatient Clinical Nurse role within the outpatient care setting focuses on coordinating and delivering comprehensive, evidence-based patient care across the continuum. This department is dedicated to ensuring seamless patient experiences through collaboration with inter-professional teams, proactive care planning, and strong patient and family advocacy. The Outpatient Clinical Nurse plays a critical role in advancing this mission by delivering high-quality, compassionate care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate for the Outpatient Clinical Nurse role is a licensed registered nurse with at least one year of nursing experience, and a strong foundation in clinical practice. Candidates should demonstrate excellence in communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy, along with the ability to adapt to evolving clinical environments and support innovation and improvement initiatives. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Some flexibility may be required. Hourly breakdown of salary range: Minimum $32.69 - Midpoint $50.48 - Maximum $68.26

Responsibilities

- Deliver patient and family-centered care consistent with unit values and future healthcare demands
- Participate in daily unit operations to support financial stewardship and effective resource utilization
- Provide quality, fiscally responsible care while anticipating patient and family needs
- Collaborate with Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Leader, and Nurse Manager on care planning
- Practice autonomously within scope of professional nursing practice
- Support and implement change initiatives within the unit
- Foster peer relationships through mentoring, coaching, and collaboration

Other Requirements:
All clinical nurses with less than one year of registered nurse (RN) work experience will be required to participate in the Clinical Nurse Residency Program.
