CNC Machine Operator - Millwork Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pay: $22+ based on experince About the Role: This position supports millwork and manufacturing operations by operating CNC and related machinery to process wood, laminate, and cabinet components for assembly. What You'll Do:- Operate CNC equipment to process wood, laminate, and cabinet parts
- Move materials using carts or rolling tables throughout the production floor
- Clean and maintain machinery using proper solvents and procedures
- Assist with operating additional machines as needed
- Support daily shop clean-up and general production tasks
- At least 1 year of CNC, panel saw, or bander experience or recent trade school training in machining, woodworking, or carpentry
- Dependable, hard-working, and safety-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
