Key Responsibilities Serve as the First Assistant in cardiothoracic surgeries Oversee post-operative care for patients in the ICU and telemetry units Perform EVH (Endoscopic Vein Harvesting) and open radial artery harvesting Assist in CABG procedures and valve replacements Manage patient care in the stepdown unit and conduct office visits Perform database entry (STS) for patient records Willing to train in ICU procedures such as chest tube insertions and central lines Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with Acute Care Certification or RNFA certification Extensive CVOR experience is required Proficiency in radial artery and endoscopic vein harvesting Strong background in managing post-op cardiothoracic patients in ICU/Telemetry Experience with the Hemopro system for harvesting Must be willing to learn and perform advanced ICU procedures Recent experience in CABG with EVH and valve replacements is preferred Why Yuma?
