What You'll Do
- Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care while monitoring patient conditions and progress
- Perform assessments and accurately document patient care and interventions
- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and nursing standards
- Assist with treatment plans and respond effectively to urgent medical situations
- Use sound clinical judgment and critical thinking to provide quality patient care every shift
What We're Looking For
- Current Texas LVN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, secure healthcare environment
