Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. This role involves generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building relationships with homeowners, businesses, property managers, and insurance partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, scheduling site visits, and presenting Robbins Restoration's services to prospective clients. The Business Development Representative will collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to align sales activities with service capabilities and campaigns, track opportunities in a CRM, and meet or exceed defined sales targets. This position also involves attending local networking events, maintaining awareness of market trends, and representing the company with professionalism and empathy. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Candidates should possess strong Communication and Sales skills to engage prospects, deliver clear value propositions, and close deals. Candidates should possess Business Development skills to build long-term relationships, develop referral networks, and support growth strategies. Relevant experience in restoration, construction, real estate, or insurance industries is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records in a CRM system. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is a plus.
