Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC credential
• Experience working in school or early childhood settings preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus for positions in the Beaverton area, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Flexibility to work either in-person or a hybrid model as determined by assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for early childhood students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapeutic services to students ages 3-5
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student progress
• Maintain timely records in compliance with district and professional standards
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
• Support classrooms in the Beaverton area (travel within close surrounding areas may be required for one opening)
