We’re currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing rehab team.

Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans, assist patients in therapeutic exercises, and monitor progress. You’ll play a vital role in helping individuals recover from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through exercises and therapeutic activities
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
• Collaborate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or skilled nursing settings is a plus
