Cookie Cake & Ice Cream Cake Decorator – Flexible Schedule, Paid Training

Do you love baking, decorating, and creating products that make people smile? We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Cake Decorator to join our team. In this role, you will decorate cookie cakes, ice cream cakes, and specialty desserts while providing outstanding customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

·       Decorate cookie cakes, ice cream cakes, and specialty desserts according to company standards and customer requests.

·       Write personalized messages and create custom designs using icing and decorating tools.

·       Prepare cakes and desserts for display and customer pickup.

·       Ensure products are fresh, attractive, and meet quality standards.

·       Assist customers with cake orders, design ideas, and special requests.

·       Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area.

·       Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and production schedules.

·       Help with baking, preparation, and other store duties as needed.

·       Work collaboratively with team members to provide an exceptional guest experience.

·       Artistic ability and attention to detail.

·       Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

·       Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

·       Excellent customer service and communication skills.

·       Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

·       Weekend and holiday availability preferred.

·       Previous cake decorating, bakery, restaurant, or food service experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Pay: $12.00–$16.00 per hour (based on experience)
