The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction and support to students with disabilities, ensuring they have access to a high-quality education and opportunities for personal and academic growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with students, families, and support staff. Deliver differentiated instruction tailored to students’ individual needs. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of performance and behavior. Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices. Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities. Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment. Qualifications Valid [State] Special Education Teaching License or Certification. Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field; Master’s preferred. Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
