Maintenance Manager

Maintenance ManagerWe're looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team to strategically manage the maintenance service for We Pack Logistics. The individual will direct maintenance employees by coordinating activities associated with installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of all operational machines. The manager also oversees the facilities buildings, grounds, and utility systems.Starting payrate: $75,000 - $110,000 based on experience and educationPrimary work schedule: Monday - FridayDepending on demand, in some instances, extended work hours may be neededWhat you'll do:Strategically works with operational leadership to properly plan for new equipment, upgrades, and repairs related to upcoming projects.Drive policies, procedures, and tools to strive for a greater than 95% up time for production equipment.Overall, responsible for reporting and owning machine down time directly related to maintenance.
