Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to join our team for a travel assignment in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in CT imaging and be proficient in conducting various CT procedures such as ER CT-Trauma, CTA, and Stroke.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans for diagnostic purposes effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Meditech system.
• Communicate clearly with other healthcare professionals regarding patient status and imaging requirements.
• Adhere to department floating policies as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold ARRT (CT) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Tech experience required.
• Experience with GE 64 Slice CT equipment is preferred.
• Strong patient experience skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Dress Code

• CT Tech Scrub Color: Grey
• Clean and healthy nails; hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors.
• Beards, mustaches, and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed.
• Tattoos should be covered whenever possible.
• Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited.
