AAA Central Penn is looking for a customer-focused Service Technician to join our highly respected Automotive team. Whether it's a dead battery, flat tire, lockout, or vehicle breakdown, you'll be the hero who gets them back on the road.

We're currently hiring for second-shift positions based out of our Harrisburg and Lancaster locations . If you enjoy helping people, working independently, and having every day bring something new, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

This role is considered Essential Duty Personnel , which means you are the one we count on when it matters most. You will work as scheduled—including weekends and holidays—rain, snow, or shine!

What You'll Do

• Skip the desk and enjoy working out in the community.
• Turn stressful situations into positive experiences with your friendly, can-do attitude.
• Rescue the day by unlocking vehicles, changing flat tires, delivering fuel, and performing minor roadside repairs.
• Test, diagnose, and install batteries to help members get back on the road quickly.
• Represent the trusted AAA brand while creating memorable member experiences.
• Share AAA products, services, and membership benefits that can make life easier for our members.
