Assistant Manager in Training - Store Leadership
The Buckle, Inc.
The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and motivate Teammates while managing daily sales goals and operations. You’ll share responsibility for training and motivating staff, stepping in as Store Manager in their absence, and driving performance in merchandising, customer service, and store operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Buckle, Inc.
