Job Type: Part-Time 
Shift: Evenings

Willow Ridge Rehabilitation & Living Centeris a compassionate, resident-centered skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. We are currently seeking a dependable and caring Dining Services Aide to join our dietary team. 

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping create a positive dining experience for residents each day. 

Position Overview 

The Dining Services Aide assists with meal service, dining room preparation, sanitation, and resident support during mealtimes. The ideal candidate is friendly, team-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Set up dining areas before meals and clean up afterward  

  • Serve meals to residents in a timely, professional, and friendly manner  

  • Assist with plating and portioning food according to dietary guidelines  

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas  

  • Transport meal trays, carts, and supplies as needed  

  • Communicate effectively with residents and team members to ensure satisfaction with meals and service  

  • Follow infection control, food safety, and facility policies at all times  

  • Assist residents during meals as needed while promoting dignity and comfort  

  • Support the dietary team with additional tasks as assigned  

Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED preferred  

  • Previous food service, dietary, or healthcare experience preferred but not required  

  • Compassionate and patient attitude when working with elderly residents  

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  

  • Willingness to learn dietary guidelines, safety procedures, and infection control standards  

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
