Position Overview

We are hiring three (3) Part-Time Seasonal Registration Specialists one assigned to each weekday shift (8:00 AM2:00 PM, 9:00 AM3:00 PM, or 11:00 AM5:00 PM).

This role serves as the primary point of contact for new families, supporting them through the enrollment and registration process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a year-round role based on performance and program needs. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Schedule

Part-time, MondayFriday. Each employee is assigned one consistent daily shift at hire based on program needs. Available shifts include:

• 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
• 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
• 11:00 AM 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally
• Process registration forms, ensuring accurate billing and scheduling
• Follow up with prospective families to support enrollment
• Maintain current knowledge of required forms and documentation
• Track registration progress and generate reports using CRM systems
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote program offerings

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• Team-oriented and adaptable to shifting priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills are a strong advantage
