The individual is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) as relates to building codes, regulatory requirements, modularization, commodity strategies, technology advances and sustainable designs for Ford Motor Company. This position is a salary grade 5 through 8 and ranges from $65,100 - $166,200. Lead in the continuous improvement of facility standards, specifications and technical innovation. Collaborative interaction with Ford Land engineering teams is required.Provide collaborative SME support during design and construction activities to complete projects on time and in budget.Full timePosting Date: 2026-09-23
