Responsibilities Generate new business through consistent lead generation, networking, and relationship building to create a sustainable pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors. Consult with buyers and sellers to understand their goals, develop personalized strategies, and confidently guide them through every stage of the transaction. Conduct property showings, listing presentations, open houses, and client consultations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Negotiate contracts, inspections, repairs, and closing terms to advocate for your clients and help them achieve the best possible outcome. Utilize ENRG's technology platform, CRM, AI tools, and marketing resources to efficiently manage leads, communicate with clients, and grow your business. Participate in ongoing coaching, training, script practice, and professional development to continually improve your skills and stay ahead in today's evolving real estate market. Collaborate with leadership and fellow agents by sharing ideas, celebrating successes, and contributing to a culture built on integrity, growth, and teamwork. Manage your business with professionalism and accountability by maintaining accurate records, following compliance guidelines, and delivering exceptional service from contract to closing. Build your personal brand through marketing, social media, community involvement, and client relationship management to generate long-term referrals and repeat business. Preferred Qualifications Active North Carolina Real Estate License Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of personal accountability Growth-oriented, coachable, and eager to participate in ongoing training and professional development Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM systems, AI-powered technology, digital marketing, and other real estate tools Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to ethical business practices Previous sales, customer service, business ownership, or real estate experience is preferred but not required Compensation $75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly This is a commission based position.
