The Role: Clinical Director (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) As the Clinical Director, you will serve as the clinical backbone of the ABA clinic. In this position, you will guide a team of passionate therapists, manage clinic-level clinical operations, and ensure the facility meets the highest standards of evidence-based care. Your Impact As the Clinical Director, you will provide comprehensive clinical oversight, mentorship, and operational leadership. Your core responsibilities will include: Developing and overseeing individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients. Providing direct supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Ensuring meticulous clinical documentation that aligns with provider excellence and healthcare compliance standards. Shaping and implementing clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional care. Fostering a collaborative, ethical, and positive team culture within the clinic. Engaging with families through assessments, progress updates, and parent training. What We’re Looking For Certification: Active BCBA Certification from the BACB. Licensure: Valid state licensure in Texas. Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a clinical director, supervisory, or leadership role within an ABA setting. Clinical Excellence: Deep expertise in functional behavior assessments (FBAs), program design, and data-driven clinical adjustments. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to mentor staff, connect with families, and collaborate effectively with administrative partners.
