Sr. Project Manager

Sr. Project ManagerThis role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, schedule, quality, and business objectives. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, and external vendor partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and maintain project momentum. Key responsibilities include tracking milestones, project health, risks, and committed delivery dates within project management tools such as Jira and Nexus; facilitating stand-ups, program reviews, and stakeholder meetings; driving accountability for action items; and maintaining accurate status reporting. The role evaluates scope changes, assesses impacts to timelines and resources, and escalates risks or issues with recommended solutions when necessary. Additionally, the Project Manager prepares executive-level communications and reporting focused on release readiness, business value, and key milestones, while ensuring effective change management throughout the project lifecycle. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of project or program management experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
