Job Details:

• Schedule: Evenings, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Minnesota nursing license, BLS certification, minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, and ability to work evening shifts.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in long-term care or dementia care settings preferred.
• Additional Information: Must have active Minnesota State Nurse Staffing and Alignment (SNSA) registration. No IV care required for LPNs. Weekend work required every other weekend; holidays also required on an alternating basis. No on-call or callback duties are billable.
• Notes: The assignment includes a weekly bonus of $246.48 (less applicable taxes and expenses) for fully worked weeks. No charge differential applies at this facility. The charting system used is MatrixCare/MatrixBSN. The facility is a 43-bed post-acute care setting with varying ratios across two stories.
