The Nurse Manager of Emergency Services will oversee emergency care within a 150-bed, full-service acute care hospital offering a broad range of inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, and specialty services. The Emergency Department provides timely, high-quality treatment for patients with urgent, complex, and life-threatening conditions. Advanced clinical technology and well-equipped treatment areas help the Emergency Nurse Manager maintain efficient workflows and excellent care standards. The Emergency Nursing Manager will report to the Nurse Director Emergency Services and receive support from experienced hospital executives, clinical leaders, and operational partners. Responsibilities include staff development, scheduling, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, budget oversight, performance management, and emergency department operations. A friendly team of skilled nurses works alongside physicians, technicians, therapists, and other diverse healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care. The Emergency Nurse Manager will foster collaboration, strengthen clinical standards, and promote a positive workplace culture.
