Construction Project Manager

A growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to help expand its Philadelphia-area operations. This position can work remotely, with a local office in the Willow Grove area. Responsibilities: Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost reporting Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and field teams Lead subcontractor buyout and project meetings Ensure projects meet schedule, quality, safety, and financial goals Qualifications: Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects Retail, restaurant, healthcare, grocery, or multi-site experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and financial management skills Willingness to travel approximately 25% Why Join?
