What You'll Do:

• Inspect tires to identify damage, wear patterns, and performance concerns.
• Mount and balance tires using specialized equipment.
• Communicate with customers to understand tire-related concerns and provide recommendations.
• Ensure proper torque settings when mounting tires to wheels.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and complete work within established timelines.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when handling heavy tires, operating equipment, and working in potentially hazardous environments.

What You Bring:

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot tire-related issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of tire types, sizes, specifications, and repair techniques.
• Ability to safely lift and handle tires and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
