Feeder Catcher

Are you detail-oriented, energetic, and looking to build a career in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a reliable Feeder Catcher to join our Finishing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production line by loading, inspecting, counting, sealing, and palletizing finished goods to ensure our customers receive the highest quality products. Safety is our top priority. You will be working frequently around moving mechanical parts. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)—including earplugs, steel-toed shoes, and safety glasses—is required at all times in production areas and will be provided to you. Responsibilities

• Checks machine schedules; prepares corrugated cases for production lines.
• Follow instructions provided by line operator, lead, supervisor and/or manager.
• Places cartons in feed maintaining proper stack height and carton direction.
• Maintains packing station with pallets and sealing tape.
• Change pallets and/or loads.
• Perform quality inspection of material to ensure product quality to the customer.
• Assist operator in maintain production and quality.
• Applies case label to corrugated case and securely seals case when full.
• Stacks pallets uniformly at required height.
• Prepares load ticket for pallet count.
• Participates in line clearance procedures after each item is run.
• Operates manual pallet jack.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 25lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
