Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, compassionate dietary aide to provide exceptional meal service and create a warm, welcoming dining experience for Assisted Living residents. Responsibilities include preparing the dining room, serving meals and beverages, attending to residents' needs, and maintaining a clean and organized environment while promoting resident dignity and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Ensure the dining room is properly set up, including table settings, water glasses, beverage stations, condiments, and service equipment.

Greet residents courteously by name, offer beverages, and provide attentive, respectful meal service while meeting individual needs.

Clear dishes between courses, monitor food intake, refill beverages, and maintain a clean, organized dining environment throughout service.

Reset and clean the dining room after meals, prepare for the next service, handle supplies as needed, communicate effectively in English, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

No experience required. We will train you!
