Role Overview Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces meet high cleanliness and service standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for supervising staff, coordinating operations, and maintaining a consistent guest experience in a fast‑paced hotel environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily housekeeping operations: room attendants, public area staff, and laundry team. Conduct room inspections for cleanliness and quality standards. Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members. Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning products. Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams. Ensure safety and sanitation compliance (OSHA, chemical handling). Support cleaning tasks during peak occupancy. Assist with onboarding and team development. Promote a positive, team‑oriented work environment. Required Qualifications Housekeeping leadership experience (hotel experience preferred). Strong understanding of cleaning standards, inspection procedures, and safety protocols. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
