TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled Radiology Tech to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in support of patient diagnosis and treatment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering safe and high-quality imaging care in collaboration with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols.
• Properly position patients and adjust equipment settings for optimal imaging results while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation using PACS and electronic medical records systems.
• Assist radiologists with fluoroscopic or specialized imaging procedures as needed.
• Perform routine equipment checks, maintenance, and promptly report malfunctions to appropriate personnel.
• Provide clear communication and support to patients throughout the imaging process.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required; state licensure as applicable.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Radiology Tech in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• Proficiency in general radiography and portable imaging techniques.
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient-care skills.
• Commitment to infection control and regulatory compliance in radiologic practices.
