Forklift Operator
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team in Versailles, KY. The ideal candidate will have previous forklift operating experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment. This position is responsible for moving materials safely and efficiently while supporting daily operations.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and production lines.
- Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies throughout the facility.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support production and warehouse operations as needed.
- Previous and reliable experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Must be able to pass a BG and drug test.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to safety, reliability, and teamwork.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Versailles, KY. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
