Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Process orders, provide product information, and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Support internal teams by communicating customer needs and feedback

Marketing Support

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create and update marketing collateral, social media content, and promotional materials
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and community engagement activities
• Track campaign performance and assist with reporting metrics

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in customer service, marketing, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
• A teamoriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
