Responsabilidades:

Realizar servicios de limpieza residencial de alta calidad, incluyendo desempolvado, aspirado, fregado, desinfección de baños y cocinas, y otras tareas de limpieza general, siguiendo los procedimientos y listas de verificación establecidos.
Gestionar el tiempo de forma eficaz para completar las tareas asignadas dentro de los plazos establecidos.
Comunicarse eficazmente con los miembros del equipo y la gerencia.
Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y el uso adecuado del equipo y los productos de limpieza.
Mantener una apariencia y un comportamiento profesionales en todo momento.

Requisitos:

Se Requiere un Vehículo Confiable para el Transporte Hacia y Desde las Casas de los Clientes. Esto es esencial para nuestro servicio de limpieza a domicilio.
Licencia de conducir vigente y un historial de conducción impecable.
Comprobante de seguro de automóvil.
Se valorará la experiencia previa en limpieza (residencial o comercial), pero estamos dispuestos a capacitar a personas motivadas.
Capacidad para realizar tareas físicas relacionadas con la limpieza, incluyendo agacharse, levantar hasta 25lbs, arrodillarse y permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados.
Autorización legal para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
Capacidad para superar una verificación de antecedentes.
