Engineering Manager, Megapack Firmware & Hardware Integration

What to Expect Tesla Energy is looking for an engineering manager to lead a team of system integration engineers responsible for Megapack firmware and software integration and validation. This role requires strong technical expertise in firmware / software development, validation and regression testing, electrical engineering, understanding of hardware product development processes, and excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. You will be a driving force in shaping the future of Tesla's energy storage business, leading validation strategy and execution for current and next‑generation industrial energy products across utility‑scale and commercial & industrial applications. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop a team of system integration and validation engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability.
